Annulment Costs

There is a nominal fee for requesting an investigation into a marriage. The fee depends upon the case type. The fee in no way pays for the cost of conducting an investigation; the Diocese of Phoenix subsidizes a great deal of the cost so that people only have to pay the below amounts and not the full cost of the investigation.

All non-refundable fees are due at the time of submission of paper work.

Formal annulment:$500.00 ($100 non-refundable filing fee)
Documentary case:$200.00 ($100 non-refundable filing fee)
Ligamen:$200.00 ($100 non-refundable filing fee)
Absence of Form:$50.00 (non-refundable)
Pauline:$200.00 ($100 non-refundable filing fee)
Petrine:$600.00 (non-refundable)

We accept checks or money orders.
We will no longer accept cash or credit card payments.
Payment plans are available.
Payments from parishes for these fees are also accepted.
